What is a podcast?
From iPod and Broadcast," podcast is a method of publishing audio/video files to the Internet, and then allowing users to subscribe to files for playback on mobile devices and personal computers.

How do I Subscribe?
If you do not have iTunes on your computer, you will need to start by getting a free download of the software at: www.itunes.com.

Once you have iTunes installed, click on the subscribe button below, to launch iTunes and display the podcast session available from LGM.

You must have iTunes installed first.
